Inactivate students


At the end of the school year you may want to inactivate students who are leaving your school.

You will still have access to their counseling notes.

However, this option will prevent you from adding additional notes about the student.

It will also make it easier to navigate through your forms.


Select the STUDENTS button from the Counselor Dashboard




Select the check-box to the left of any student whom you would like to make inactive.

You can select multiple students at one time.

Click the "Make Inactive" button.

Click "OK" on the pop-up menu.
